  • Arrival and departure

    • Check-in: from 4:00 pm
    • Check-out: by 10:00 am

  • Smoking and pets

    • Pets are not allowed.
    • Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. The accommodation is non-smoking.

  • Shared areas

    • The pool and the barbecue area with outdoor kitchen are shared with other guests.
    • Please treat the shared areas with consideration.

  • Using the pool

    • Children may only use the pool under the supervision of a responsible adult.
    • Please keep safety in mind and be considerate of other guests.

  • Barbecue area and outdoor kitchen

    • Please leave the barbecue area and outdoor kitchen clean and tidy after use.
    • Please handle fire safely when barbecuing.

  • Accommodation and furnishings

    • Please take good care of the furniture and equipment.
    • If something gets damaged or does not work, please let us know promptly.

  • Quiet and consideration

    Please help keep the atmosphere calm and considerate so that all guests can enjoy their stay undisturbed.

  • Tourist tax

    The statutory tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and is paid separately on site.
